Order placed on 4-27-12, not shipped as of 5-17-12

it's been almost two weeks. I get the opinion survery before I get the product. Can't rate what I haven't tried.

I wish I knew if the coffee bean extract works...still haven't recieved it.

Still have not received my merchandise. They took my money immediately, but still haven't received anything to say when I will get what I ordered!

I ordered on 4/30 and still have not received my order yet. I understand that they are behind but they should post that on the order page that ordering will be WEEKS before it even gets processed and shipped. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was going to take this long, which I suppose is why they don't tell you, but that I feel is deceitful.

I received an e-mail letting me know that the product was in stock but they were having a difficult time completing all of the orders! That was 2 weeks ago... Not sure what the hold up is... maybe you should hire more staff to help with shipping!!

I placed a order with Pure Health on May 2, 2012. I immediately received an invoice. After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery of my products, I have emailed and called the company for information regarding my order. For over 5 days, the voice mailbox at the phone # is full and I have received no response to my 2 emails. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and disputed any charges on my credit card. This is NO way to run a business!!!! (Also, to Nancy, who responded for Pure Health....Does your computer have Spell Check?? Anyone that is the spokesperson for any company should be able to spell easy words like: using, receive and segment.)
