I was excited to learn of your very affordable prices on line, so that was why I decided to order form Pure Health. I was how ever very disappointed when I called I was only able to reach a person one time and was told that my order should be shipped out with 5 business days. After 10 business days I was checking online every day to try to track my order and never seemed to get very far. I ordered on April 26th and finally on May 13th I was able to see where my order was "shipped" . On May 16th my order finally arrived in my mailbox. I dont know if I will order form Pure Health again due to the long wait I had in recieving my order and the difficulties I had actualy talking to a human.

Two weeks is too long to wait for two small bottles of one supplement. My next order will be in person at Vitamin World!

Would love to give a review as soon as I get my order!

Placed an order in late April and still don't have the estimated ship date even though I have requested it on two emails...

I placed an order and immediately received a confirmation number, a week later I attempt to check on my order and I get a message that the number I was given was not in the system. I send an email and get a quick response stating the large demand and that the order will be shipped withing 2 weeks of being placed. It's been almost 3 weeks and when I send an additional email looking for the status of my order I get no response!

I placed my order May 6th and still have not received it. I sent a message to their customer service and have not received a response. I'm not sure that I will ever order from there again. Nor will I recommend them!

I am somewhat upset that my product hasn't yet been shipped to me. I realize that demand was high after Dr.Oz promoted the product. Unfortunately, the extream delay of me recieving my order has made me lean toward not ordering from this company again.

You can't get ahold of them. Mail box is full.
