We placed an order on 5/10/12 for four bottles credited my account for $51.96. We have not recieved any kind of notice why we have not recieved this order or why there is even a delay. We are asking follow up or a refund.

It has been almost a month and I have not received my order yet. I have sent emails and called and have gotten no results. I place orders online with two other health companies and have my order within 5 days. What could possibly take this lon? Very disappointed!

I paid but never received the thing I ordered

I will never buy a product from this company again. You can not even talk on the phone to them as their mailbox was full every time I tried. Finaly got my product 4 weeks later after a paypal dispute? Very poor service!!!

NEVER GOT MY ORDER - WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRIES OR A RETURN OF PURCHASE PRICE

I ordered my products exactly 1 month ago. After several attempts I finally was able to speak with customer service. Who, without asking my name, confirmation number, or even what I ordered was able to supernaturally tell me I would receive them 'next Friday'. One week later, still no delivery. No response to my emails, no phone call about maybe they are on back order. NOTHING!! Never again I tell you.

I placed my order on May 5th. On the 13th I received this survey but had not received my order. On the 21st I sent an e-mail to your customer service dept to inquire the status of my order as there had been no correspondence other than the original order confirmation. I had been charged for the product shortly after I placed my order. I made several attempts to contact the company by phone. I either got no answer and was told to leave a message, or a got a recording saying the mail box was full. To date, I have not receive any response to my e-mail or my phone messages. I do a great deal of shopping on the internet and have never had such poor service and such a lack of correspondence. I actually checked with the Better Business Buearu to see if I had been ripped off. I found that there were several other unhappy customers who had contacted the BBB. It is unbelievable that it would take almost a month to receive one item from Nevada when I live in California. If there had been some sort of communication as to why it was taking so long to get my order when you had already received my payment, I might have been more understanding. I have never had an internet company not send an e-mail with the shipping information, once the order was shipped. I finally received the package on May 31st. Totally unexcepable !!!!!!!!!!
