Why would you ask me for a review with out confirming whether or not I received my order?

This company sucks. I purchased a product almost a month ago and still have not received it. I tried to call the 800 number and it just rings and rings and no one ever answers. I have sent emails and no one responds back. I would not recommend this company to anyone so buyers beware!!!

I had never made a purchase with Pure Health before but had seen the facebook page about six weeks ago and thought I'd give it chance. I noticed that while reviewing the Pure Health site there wasn't enough information on the company or location So when I found the telphone number I felt a little better and then order. After having order I kept looking at the site and had questions. After several calls of the full mail box and during business hours going through an infinate looped recording I freaked out. I then waited two weeks then called again and left a message leaving my home and cell phone numbers for someone to call back which never happened. I try to put it out of my mind that I possibly may have willingly been scamed out of my last bit of money until pay day. I then did a search on Pure Health and found several reports that mirrored my experiance and then choked it up as my dumb mistake. I normally only order from Puritains Pride or Amazon and I will continue to stick with them. The irony is after thinking I'd never see my money or the product I order, when I got home from work 5/31/2012 the Green Coffee Bean Extract I order from Pure Health was sitting on my porch. the funny thing is according to the Pure Health site it was standard shipping which is 3-5 business days. L.O.L. Thank you for finally getting the product to me but I will never order from Pure Health again!!!!!!

Obviously this company is not qualified to take large volume orders as I have yet to receive mine yet and it's been 4 weeks

I have email the customer service with no response and the 1-888-323-9355 number does not work.

I ordered Pure Green Coffee Bean extract on May 11, 2012. Received an email from Pure Health with Invoice #130339 and a conf.# 259421150A. Received an email from PayPal my payment was sent to Pure Health....AND a charge on my credit card statement.....all proof an order was made and paid for. I clicked on the customer service at Pure Health as they said I could check status of my order and it says they have no order for that confirmation number....I have checked it several times....called PureHealth several times....NO RESPONSE ....tried to email and it said it wasn't there....I either would like my order or my money refunded! You did get my order because you took my money! And I have both emails and my credit card statement.

IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL HAVE FEW TIMES AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. MY INVOICE SAID THEY SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER THE NEXT DAY BUT NOTHING AND THAT WAS 6 WEEKS AGO!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. TRIED TO ASK PAY PAL, BUT DIDN'T GET ANY WERE WITH THAT EITHER!!! I SAW ON FACE BOOK THEY WERE BACK ORDED BUT THEY COULD HAVE STOPPED TAKING ORDERS!!!

Placed an order and got an email that order was received. A week later I called to find out the status. After a couple days of getting nothing but 'This voicemail box is full', I finally got a recorded message saying they were working on fulfilling orders placed several days before mine. I was able to leave a message to cancel my order. I followed up with an email. I got no response to either message, but since I didn't receive any product I'm presuming they were received and my order was canceled. I won't bother with these folks again.
