I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and they haven't shipped it yet!

Put my order in on May 5, 2012, with credit card money is taken have not received anything as of yet called and e-mail have got a call when I called back to see about my status, the phone was full they haven't cleared there messages as of 5/18/2012. For the past three days went on line to check my status by putting in the tracking code the status block was blank . I still don't have any information about my order I find that very upsetting for this kind of Business. I'm very disappointed.

It shouldn't take 2 weeks to get product shipped. I have not recieved any updates or shipping status from you. With tecnology today, that should be an easy thing to provide a new customer. I have never order from you before and had no idea how long it would take. It's not very comforting to know you can take my money but I don't know when to expect my product. Not a good idea to send out a survey before someone gets their order. You shouldn't expect good reviews. Sorry

Placed order on 4-26-2012 Invoice paid by 4-27-2012 thru pay pal. Did not receive order until 5-17-2012. Little late but not with your money. Should not have been charged until order was shipped. I'll remember that when I am looking for other products. Thanks anyway [email protected]

I purchased a product on April 30, 2012 and have not heard from Pure Health regarding my order. They show that they received my order but have not stated when it will be shipped. I have called and every time the mail box is full. I have e-mailed and had no response. I am thinking it may be a bogus site and am considering telling pay pal to cancel payment. I will give them until next week to contact me or send my product if I do not hear from them I will have to get my money back.

I AM STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER. I'M BEING LEFT IN THE DARK. IS THERE A SHORTAGE? ON BACK ORDER?
