I placed my order over 2 weeks ago-and STILL have not received!!! I called last week and was told you had computer issues and that I "should be" receiving my order this week--well, it's 15 days today--still NO ORDER!! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Perhaps, someone, if they are not too busy, could look into this for me???!!!

placed order on 5/7/12 charged my account and never recieved items, I have placed many calls and emails about this with no response.

I understand that it takes time to review and process orders. I made a purchase on 5/11/12 and received it on 5/31/12. The problem was communication. When friends ordered the same product days after I did and received it within 3-5 days, I began emailing and calling the company. I never received any communication even after filing a claim with PayPal. I did dismiss the claim when I received the product but will never do business with this company again.

The website is not correct about things being available. My order was placed on the 11th of May and I still don't have my product. I called and was told that they are so backlogged that I should be getting some shipping information on Tuesday May 26th, I received nothing and now I have this feedback to send, how do you think I am going to respond. You could at least have a system generated email that comes out about your being so backlogged and be patient about the wait and give an estimated time frame to hear something back. I probably won't order from this website ever again, I referred my sister because the price was right anfd because of the availability and now because of the huge wait I'm really sorry that I reffered her. Its really been a huge inconvience to wait on this order.

I emailed you questioning where my order was. You showed up on my credit card as "pending" at one point. A day later, it was no longer in the pending file...but not in the paid file, either. Now, it's been many weeks and I have not seen my order, and I feel very insecure about you having my credit card information.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Have sent emails (several) and never received a return reason for not receiving my order of May 11 th!! Even tried calling PURE HEALTH with questions and could NEVER get through!! Getting very tired of waiting for my order of Green Coffee Bean Extract Supplement, from PURE HEALTH 400mg. Capsules. I believe I will have to contact my bank and you WILL be hearing from them.

I emailed customer service to find out about my order placed on 5/11 and have never recieved a reply nor have I recieved my order for green coffee extract and there is no tracking info. Never will I order from them again
