I placed an order with Pure Health 100 on 4/28/12. As of today 5/20/12, I have not received my order nor have they contacted me with information about the delay.

I want to find out about my order from 5/2/12 and can't get through by eemail or phone.?????????

I don't think very highly of them right now. I ordered a product that I understand they received many orders because it was featured on Dr. Oz. I ordered on 4/29/12 and they sent me an email 5/4/12 and assured me it would be here soon that they had plenty in stock it was just taking them longer to send out. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order. If it was going to take longer they should have updated me and if they had that much more to send out hired more workers to help. That's just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions -- everyone's got one. Thank you.

I want to know when you are mailing out my order? I have ordered from several companies in the past month and I have never had to wait more then 2 or 3 days for it to be processed and have it shipped. If its because you were out of stock then you should have stated that on your site do that I could have rethought my purchase. I want to try the product but I wanted to start it within a reasonable time period. Its been 14 days since I ordered and you haven't even started the shipping but you took my money the very next day. I just want what I bought. Thank you

2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. Even worse I'm not sure if has even shipped, I haven't received any shipping notification or tracking numbers. Not happy at all.

try to reach them to have a refund no answer never again!

I placed an order for green coffee bean extract--four bottles of 30 count--on May 5, 2012. On May 11, I sent an email asking about ny order, and I have received no response at all. Today is May 18th, and still no order and no response from the company.
