I never give 1 star ratings, always being a little more generous but I cannot do so for this company. I placed my order May 8 and immediately my money was taken out of my paypal. After a week I did not receive anything at all from the company. I did take into consideration the influx of orders due to Dr. Oz so I did anticipate a little bit longer delivery. I was disappointed that when I checked the site it still listed as in stock so I was a little confused as to why the delay was getting past 2 weeks. I called several times and the few times I actually got through it said their mailbox was full. So with absolutely NO response from the company I finally received the product today. For a company that says they provide excellent customer service I never saw any. And there are very simple solutions that if they had implemented my star rating would be totally different- #1 have a voice message stating there has been an influx of orders and there is a delay of ...(3 weeks seems like the average) and #2 an automatic response email stating the same. Even if this product works as good as Dr Oz says (glad I ordered several bottles at one time) I will absolutely NOT order from this company ever again. Very worth trying other companies product even if they are not 100% natural. and a heads up to the company- I was VERY close to calling BBB and filing through paypal, some may not be as patient as I was (in fact in reviews elsewhere people stated they were going to report), please try to reconcile the problems so you do not get in trouble.

Your product does not work. I have taken it for 8 days and have not lost any weight. I take 2 capsules per day. Sincerely, Clarence Ishizu

It has been a month since I ordered and still have not received the products.

I have sent several emails to no avail. I have tried calling and the phone rings then changes to a strange ring. I am wondering if they are still in business. I am about to call the Nevada consumer protection department. Has anyone received their products yet?

I attempted to contact Pure Heath after waiting 3 weeks for the product I ordered and never got thru via phone or email. I called and I received a message that said that all lines were busy every time I called and they never responded to my email.

I placed an order with pure health, I did pay, but I never received my order. I try to call their number it's not working, sent couple of emails to request about my order, I never received any answer until now!! It's been over a month!!! Don't waste your money!!!!

hi I purchased green coffee beans twice from this company. the first time it took a while to ship but I received them. this second time I paid for my supplements on may 11th and it is now june 1st and I have not received them and they never responded to the four emails I sent them. I have opened a claim through paypal

I ordered a product almost amont ago and I never received anything, but you took my money rigth away. It has been the wosrt experience for me because I called the 1800 numeber and I believe is desconect, also I send emails to the address that you have and until now nobody answer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
