Would not recommend to any of my friends

i never recieved my product and i emailed the company almost a week ago asking what happened but no one has responded.

Your product might be fine but your customer service stinks. I had called and your mailbox was full, then the call would not even go through and there was no response to my email. Will not order from you in the future.

Nothing more to say.first and last for me to order.

After placing the order on May 10, I waited for shiping information. After making requests to pure health for that information and never having recieved ANY COMMUNICATION BACK, I became suspicious and tracked this company on line as a SCAM. Over 131 other customers so far have similar complaints.

Unfortunately, this company takes forever to ship it's merchandise.....I'm still waiting to receive the product......4 weeks is ridiculous! Is it coming from China?????

I placed an order on May 11, 2012. I received a confirmation with an invoice number. A week later I e-mailed the company asking when I could expect my order and received no response. I called the number on the website/confirmation e-mail and the number just rang. I checked the website two days ago and it still is stating that the product is available. If it is available then where is my order. At this point, I want my money back. I'll get my product elsewhere.

I never received the product I ordered and never heard from the company when I contacted them about it. Also I haven't received a refund.
