Its been almost 2 weeks since I ordered products and nothing in the mail. no email as whether it was backordered. nothing but this rate your experience email.

You're sending this review to me and I have not yet received the product. How could I possibly review something I haven't even tried yet????? I ordered this over 2 weeks ago (May 4th to be exact) and still haven't heard that the product was actually shipped.

I placed my green coffee bean order on April 28. After a few days I emailed to follow up on when my order would be shipped. A couple days after that I received a reply stating that they were inundated with orders after the Dr. Oz show and that they were working as hard as possible to fill all orders. I waited patiently for that confirmation email with no luck. After 3 weeks (May 18) from placing my order I finally decided to email again to ask about my status. No reply back, but when I checked the Pure Health website I see that the status has been "Shipped" as of May 19. While I greatly appreciated the initial reply and explanation (I replied back stating so) more could have been done to keep customers in the loop as to the status of their orders. It also seems that to get results you have to email to keep inquiring (is it a coincidence that my order shipped the day after my 2nd attempt at getting info?). *************************************************************************** ------------------------------update as of June 1--------------------------------- website still showing shipped May 19, but no tracking info. Is it really shipped? Is it lost? Tried emailing to try and cancel if it isn't really shipped yet. I was able to find comparable product on another website for 60pills/bottle for $21.59. Ordered last Saturday and received on Tuesday. As for Pure Health....I'm counting this as a right off.

If I would receive what I ordered, that would help to share how I feel about this company. Don't know if I'm ever going to receive it. Haven't heard from the company, but maybe they,ll let me know soon. We're looking at a month.

I ordered product, the purchase amount was pending to my account so long that my bank recredited my account. I reordered and received my product in all 3 weeks later.

I ordered on May 3, 2012 and it still has not been shipped. I was told it would be shipped in 14 days and that is not the case. I am still waiting. I do want the product.

I ordered my product on May 6th, have yet to receive it. Contacted the company and they stated Dr. Oz spoke about one of their products (not the one I ordered) and it caused them several back orders. This coming week they state it will be shipped out, going on 3 weeks from my original order. I will put my trust in the local health food stores next time.
