I placed an order on May 10, as of today June 1 I still have not received my order. I have sent emails enquiring about the status of my order and not heard back! This is the first and last time I ever choose your company!

I ordered on 5/10/12. Two wks later order was still not received. emailed pure hlth x2. Never received reply. Went on PH website. Order shipped 5/28/12. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. THE PHONE # DOESN'T WORK.

Terrible customer service. Cannot get an answer when calling customer service cannot leave a call back number or message. Cannot cancel orders once placed. Emails that are sent to the email address are sent back undeliverable. I will never do business with them again and will tell others the same.

I could not get anyone to answer the number on the website. So against my better judgement I ordered off the website. I was a little more at ease using PayPal. That was four weeks ago....no news, no product, no answer on the line.

I ordered from pure health( pure green coffee bean) for 25.99 paid by pay pal and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER I have ask pure health to reverse the payment of 25.99 that I paid. I placed an order on April 28th, the company charged my account May 21st, and as of June 1st, I still don't have any of the products I ordered. I've given several times for them to make this right and they will not return my messages. Think three times before ordering from this company. I

I ordered my product on May 9, 2012, have not recevied it yet, tried to call and get a messed up ring ring ring, tired to email and its not connented or I send one and I get nothing back.. My account has already been credited and no product, I feel that they might be a frade site and I am thinking about calling someone on this matter. When you order a product from a site that was recommended and you dont get your products its very rude and unacceptable if I every get my products I will NEVER order from PureHealth100.com again and will not tell anyone about there site, well at least in a good way.

i ordered the beans on the 11th of may. when it went past 7 to 10 business days and i received nothing i went into the site again and saw that my order was not shipped yet. i tried calling customer service and it behaved like a fax machine. contact us was not available.it kept sending me back to first product page. there was no way to delete the order and retry.even sending e-mails got me no connection. there was no way to communicate with the company. on the 29th of may i wrote a some what upset e-mail asking if they were a legitimate site or not. i called my bank to ask if money was taken out by them. the bank said it was done just on that day, the 29th, i went back on the sight and saw that it was shipped. so, if it were my guiding angel i would trust it. but dealing with humans who love to take advantage of the free american greed thing, no thanks.... so convince me because i work at networking , that I'm wrong , because i will and do pass the word of my experience....i wonder how many other people had this kind of experience.....
