Placed my order on April 27 and still don't have it. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is that they did send me an e-mail about a week in saying that they appreciate my patience and are really backlogged. It was an item on the Dr Oz show and the demand is really high. However, it's been almost a month and still nothing.

I was excited to use this product, I feel as if emails were sent out to satisfy the customer during the waiting time. I understand that the Dr. Oz show sent a tidal wave of sales to the company, that held them up-but seriously, April 26 is when I purchased it, it will soon be June. I will have to cancel soon, I feel as if this may be a scam.

When I ordered my Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract it was in stock and available. That was 4-29-12 today is 5-21-12. I have a confirmation number but still no notice of shipment. When I tried to call to check the statis, a computor said the mailbox was full. Apparently a lo of people are still waiting. Hire more people or don't promise service you can't deliver.

Placed order on 4/29 and today is May 21 and they have not shipped the green coffee bean extract yet. I've written to them and cannot get any reply. I won't order again from them. Dr. Oz suggested them on his show and I wonder if he's aware of what's going on.

I ordered my products on May 6th. It is now May 20th & still have not received them.

i ordered a product I had been researching. I waited two weeks which I felt was too long, emailed the company asking where my order was nut never got a response. When product arrived the invoice listed my order correctly but a different product was sent.

I am still waiting for my order. . . These folks have sent me a request for an opinion of their product and service. I haven't gotten any notice as to when I will get what I paid for . . . it's already almost a month since I ordered.

I placed an order with Pure Health and almost a month later I still haven't received it. Not sure what happened but I would expect that my order have arrived by now. Will not order from this website again
