Have not received the products I have ordered. I have tried LOTS of times to call the 888# and either get a busy signal or a fast busy signal so I have to give my opinion a big fat 0!

Placed and order on May 12th and still have yet to receive. The order was finally mailed on May28th, When I placed my order there was no mention of item being back ordered or any other delay for that matter??? I am a regional supervisor and if we gave the same service we would no longer be in business.

Ordered coffee bean extract, took 4 weeks for them to come and when I tried to call company, got answer that voice mail was full or no answer at all , no responces back from repeated emails will not order again from here

I am very hesitant about doing business with you in the future. My order was fulfilled and sent after 16 days + no tracking number or communication. Tried to phone the 800 number and it just went into a continuous ring......no one would or could pick up. Went into chat and no one Chatted. Sent 4 emails and no one responded to where my order was. I finally called and was ready to cancel the order through Visa and they said it was finally initiated after 16 days from when the order was sent. After 20 days FINALLY got the order only to be shorted by 1 bottle of the qty I ordered. Not a very good attempt at customer fulfillment in any sense of the word or communication with all that is available!!!!! So from the inception of the email order 5/12 until today 6/2 my order is still incomplete ith NO response from the company as of yet.

Placed order on May 4th and just received it today. The company said it would take 2 weeks to ship out and it's been almost a month. The worse thing is they don't get back to you. I have emailed them several times and they never replied back. What kind of customer service is this? I would have hired a person just to answer emails and phone calls to put there customers at ease. I thought my money was gone as they get it immediately after ordering and not when your product is shipped like most company's do. I will NEVER do business with them again . My worst experience ordering yet.

I placed order 5/04/12 & my credit card was charged 5/05/12, but I haven't received ordered items as of 6/02/12. When I entered my confirmation # at the web site, there is no ship date or tracking info. I tried calling the phone# for customer service & no one answered. I emailed the address listed @ the web site and have never received a reply. My only conclusion, is that this is a scam and my next step will be to dispute the charge through my credit card bank.

Placed my order - received confirmation. Advised 10 days or so later order could not be shipped to a box number. Gave an alternative address - asked for confirmation when order would be shipped. Have never received a reply from some one named Lois. I am writing the payment off as a lesson learned - but will definitely advise friends a family that pure health naturally appears to be a scam site. It's too bad because there were some other products I was interested in. My confirmation #7579133527.

Service was horrible. I placed an order online. Its been 3 weeks and never received it. Didn't see a final charge on my card except pending at first. Im guessing out of stock but even then i should have a least received a courtesy email with status. Never buying from there again.
