Since I placed my first order from Pure Health on May 4th, I immediately received a confirmation of my order. Since then I haven't heard anything else and haven't received my order. So far it's been 19 days and I'm still anxiously awaiting my order! I am still hoping that my shopping experience with Pure Health improves.

I can't rate the product as I have yet to receive my 1st order....they said they didn't expect such a large request....but they should have been aware of exactly what was going to happen when Dr. Oz mention them as the go to place to pick up the pure item....No One wants to hear excuses...why this or why that....and no one likes to wait over a month for anything.....they where not diligent in they preperation and my ratiing of them at this point is less than professional and I'm growing weary of this waiting game. I'll probably try to find some other company for future deliveries if they can't get their issues ironed out....I also must put some blame on Dr. Oz as he should have checked the company out before reccomending them so highly....

I put in an order on May 05th today is May 22nd and I still do not have my order. I was unable to track it online as they said I could. My confirmation number did not come up? When I call their phone number it mostly rings busy or the mail box is full. Still waiting.

I have called and continiously get response that mail box is full. or when i did get through i was told my order was shipped 5/9/12. still hadn't received, called again and again unable to talk with anyone,then was able to leave a voice message with no response. On 5/22 i was finally able to talk to someone and again was told i would receive and e-mail with a confirmation number. So far nothing. I realize that Dr. Oz had a big impact on ability to ship in timely manner,but at least should have received e-mail, voice mail or even a letter letting me know why still haven't received product.

I have been waiting 29 days now for my shipment and have not heard anything back since I wrote to them. Very unhappy customer

I understand that you guys have gotten overwhelmed since the Dr. Oz episode. But some response or acknowledgement of an order would be nice. I have made numerous calls only to get the pre-recorded message. I have sent several e mails with no response. I made my purchase on May 2, 2012. At least give me a sign of life that you guys are really out there.

I got this great request to write a response, but am still waiting for the order. Send me the product and I'll gladly rate it.
