I ordered on May 6th and my order has yet to ship. Can't rate the product itself, haven't been able to use it.

I made a recent purchase on their website and immediately received a confirmation email which I found insufficient. The tracking number field was blank, there was no notification about the shipment day. I am still waiting to find out when I will possibly get my order. It would be helpful to have an estimated ship date because having to wait for 10 days without any news can be a bit frustrating. I would have made my purchase somewhere else but now I am not sure if they'll charge me or not.

The product is great. The first time I ordered it I received it in a week. I am still waiting for my second order and it has been over a week.. The money still has not been deducted from my checking account. I have emailed and made several phone call's and no one has returned them, except for me to fill out this opinion form, not the best timing since I am sill waiting for my order.

I placed my order May 6th, I received conformation of the order. I have not heard back since, on when the order was shipping. I would like to be kept informed as to when I should expect my order. On the conformation, an expected shipping date would be nice, and then a notice when order was shipped.

I received a very informative e-mail regarding the onslaught of orders Pure Health received after the Dr. Oz show, so I am still waiting to receive my order. I can give you a better review once I have tried the product. But, I applaud Pure Health for the e-mail information they sent, which will help me to be patient for a while.

I. Ordered the product about to weeks ago and haven't received it yet.

I ordered on 4/28, but have not recieved order yet. I called on 5/3 and was told order should go out 5/7 or 5/8. But, haven't received order yet.
