IT HAS BEEN ON MONTH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER YET. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A EMAIL OR PHONE CALL REGARDING STATUS OF MY ORDER. VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT DELIVERY SERVICE WHO KNOWS WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS. DELIVERY IS TOO SLOW. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED MYSELF TO CHECK ON STATUS AGENT WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A SHIP DATE OR EVEN IF MY ORDER HAS WENT OUT YET SHE SAID AS FAR AS SHE KNOWS IT COULD BE BOXED UP JUST SITTING IN WAREHOUSE WAITING TO BE SHIPPED. THAT WAS NOT REASSUING. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

Well, going on the website was very user friendly. I quickly Found what I was looking for and my order was just a click away...so I thought. That was May 6h, today is May 23rd..still Nothing. No correspondence saying the status of the order, mailbox to customer service was "full" so I can't get a real person. I'm starting to think I got Scammed. Not cool.

Hi Michelle, I have your tracking information-your order has shipped We have 25 people answering phones all day and calls are coming in so consistently we have been unable to even get an outside line! I have 10,000 emails in our Pure Health inbox every day and only manage to get through an average of 4000 in our 15 hour day and I am very sorry I have been unable to reply sooner but if you email me directly I will get right back to you. Unfortunately, my order was placed on May 7 in CT and to this day, May 23, I have received nothing...no notification of delay, no email of shipping, and no apology for this atrocity. I cannot say I will place another order.

Yeah, it was on Dr. Oz. I know what that means... Yeah, you told me it will be a little slow... That was on 5/4. I haven't heard a "peep" out of you since then. You already have my money. How would YOU feel if you were me?

I ordered this product May 3, 2012 and still no product! I understand that this is the hot thing now since Dr Oz had it on the show but wow, 19 days?

I called the phone number and an inbox was full, too dial 0 for assistance and nobody there!!!! I want my order but could they be a little bit more business like! I ordered my products May 6th and have been confirmed but an email telling me it may be back ordered or somethinggggg!

I placed my order on May 1, 2012 and I still have not received my order. I tried call the customer service number several times and the automatic system wanted me to leave a message but I am accustomed to speaking with a live rep. I finally emailed the company with the confirmation number included stating that if I did not hear back from anyone that, I will assume this is a scam. A day later I recieved an email from a rep apologizing and that it is not a scam. She also stated that my order is set to ship. That was on the 15th and today is the 22nd and I still haven't received my order. My experience with this company has not been pleasant, I still don't have my product I ordered, I had to order from another company, which only took 5 buisness days and I had to spend more money. I have never experienced anything like this.
