I have not received my product yet due to overwhelming requests because of a television program. I was impressed that they did notify me within 4 days of my order that they were behind but had plenty of product and are taking all steps necessary to fullfill all orders as soon as possible. So we will see, but they get a great rating for communication. Ask me again after my order ships.

Website easy to use, but so far waiting on product to ship. Order placed on 4/30. I did receive notification on 5/6 that due to tremendous orders, that shipping is being delayed.

My order has been delayed because of the influx of orders they recieved due to Dr. Oz's endorsement of Green Coffee Extract. However they did an excellent job of keeping me posted and assuring me that they are working around the clock to get my order to me ASAP. I sincerely appreciated that.

Your products are what Im looking for, (all natural) you just need to speed up in shipping it out. Most places ship within three days of order.

Thank you, Barb, for your comment! You are correct about shipping times! We have consistently shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order until the Dr. Oz segment aired and we are working diligently to pack the huge influx of orders we received on the 26th and the following few days. The orders we received as a result of the show far exceeded what we normally do in six months! Since we were not aware Dr. Oz would be speaking about Pure Green Coffee Bean, we were not able to staff up prior to the show to accommodate the surge in orders, however, in the last week alone, we have quadrupled our staff and are working double shifts, seven days a week to ensure all orders go out as quickly as humanly possible. We anticipate being caught up with all order by the end of this week and back to our regular schedule of shipping orders out within 24 hours of receipt. It was nice to get an email explaining why my recent purchase was delayed. It would have been really nice to have a better time frame of when the order would arrive and not just that they are working very hard to get it out.

I also purchased the Green Coffee Bean extract on April 26th. Now, we all ordered this stuff online and I think it's safe to say that just from viewing the website, we aren't dealing with a company that is the size of Amazon here. So the claim that they were overwhelmed by the Dr. Oz piece seems legitimate. Also, someone is replying to every single comment, so obviously they care about customer satisfaction. The internet is a wonderful thing, but didn't any of the other reviewers think that maybe the Dr. Oz plug (for green coffee beans, not purehealth100.com) might cause an issue? Maybe I'm more understanding than most. But after noticing that my order hadn't shipped after a few days had passed, the Dr. Oz mention was the only rational explanation I could think of... But I've also run a small business, so I guess I just think in those terms.
