I ordered my items on the 4th of May and have not received it yet. I sent an email to their customer service a week ago and have not received a response. they were quick to charge my account but not in fulfilling the order. I would not recommend this supplier in the future.

I am disappointed that it took 10 days for me to receive an email advising me that my product had just been shipped. No estimated delivery time was given, and tracking info was useless other than to inform me the product was shipped parcel post. Wish there had been some info about the delay so I was not so concerned about why I had not received product yet.

Emailed me, thanked me for my order and said they had lots of product, were processing orders as fast as they could and would email me when they were shipping my order. I sent off an email 2 weeks later inquiring into my order, no response. 4 weeks later sent a second email. Very disappointed in the customer service and of course can't rate the product because I never got any!!!!

I placed an order on April 29. I received one email stating that they were overwhelmed with orders and that there would be a delay, but that they would ship within a week or so. I waited 2 weeks and sent an email asking for a status update and have heard nothing. I have been very patient and forgiving, but this has gone on too long.

I placed and order on May 4th, 2012 and this is now May 25,2012 and the order was still not shipped. Sent email on the 14th to see why not shipped and they told me that they are taking about 14days to get orders shipped. Clearly mine has now gone over the 3 week mark.

Ordered 2 coffee extract on 5/05/12 invoice #119354, but the items were not received as of 5/24/12. PayPal confirmation No. was 559041367E. The amount paid was $25.98. The time lag in proccessing the purchase is way too long. We hope to receive the items shortly. Paying for the items and not receiving them is not a way to run a business. I plan on calling customer service at 1-888-323-9355 to determine what the problem in proccessing the shipment.

I have tried to contact your offices. I sent an email received no answer I have called several times in the last three days no answer.

Would like to give a good review, but have to have the product first. It has been 25 days since I ordered and still don't have my product! I have emailed company and get no response.
