I waited almost 3weeks to receive the product I ordered only to receive a product I did not order. I was given a completely different product. Thank goodness I saved the order form. They also listed the correct product on the original order form and sent a completely different product.

I ordered vitamins on the 5th of may and bought two items at once for the "free shipping" deal. I also ordered a product from a different company located in Korea and another company located in Hong Kong on the same morning. Less than two weeks passed and the product I bough from Korea showed up with a customer service number and a thank you note. Two more days passed and I revieved my product from China with a customer service contact. More than two MORE weeks passed and I finally recieved my vitamins from your website. If I had known I would've have to wait close to a month to recieve your products I would've gone to high health and gotten what I wanted the very next day and I would've gotten a bigger bottle and recieved rewards. I guess I'm just confused as to why it took so long and why your expensive products come in such tiny portions. This will be the first and last time I do business with your company and I will be letting friends/family know about my poor experience. You may want to think about making your "free shipping" worth having your guests purchase an additional product.

I ordered on 5/13/12 and I still haven't gotten my order. I haven't gotten any emails or calls about my order even after I emailed customer service. Right now I feel like it's big rip off. Someone I know ordered from somewhere else and has already gotten it. On facebook there are nothing but excuses about the orders. I will NEVER use them again even if I have to pay more money!

Never received products. Was not able to contact the company. Have a complaint with Paypal. Glad I used them otherwise I'd be out my money too. Don't even want the product any more. God only knows what'll get.

I have not received my product nor have I received a response to my inquiry of when to expect the product. If I do not hear soon I will take action as I have been charged on my credit card for the product. Horrible service - zero delivery! If you don't deliver the product and you dont respond to customer service problems - you are doing Everything wrong.
