STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered your product on May 1st and today is May 26th, have yet to receive it, wondering what the hold up is.

This company customer service needs a lot of work. You should not take any funds until you ship the order. Do not blame paypal for this. Other companies do not collect the funds until the product is shipped. Many people tried calling and all they got was a busy signal or it just ring. Many people tried to email this company without any luck. I was told that if i provide my confirmation number someone will get back to me, which they didn't. The confirmation number is useless because when you try check the status of your order it isn't updated, just the same information as before. Finally i received my order on 5/25/12.

I know you had a big response for this product, but its been a long time.

I paid for, and placed a $120.00 order on April 27th. After about 2 1/2 weeks, when I had not received my order I called them and was told they were behind on filling the orders due to Dr. Oz show. They assured me my order would be coming soon. Since then I have been tring to reach them and the phone is out of order!!! It has been about a month and no order, no email, no phone. I contacted pay pal to report the problem. Waiting now for response. Deffinately not a good sign when the phone is not working!!!

I ordered two items on May 2nd or 3rd. On May 4th, I received a "thank you for your order" email explaining that their volumne was huge and orders were shipping as fast as they could. I still do not have my order (now May 25). The phone number listed on the thank you email is not good. I have sent 2 emails to inquire and have yet to receive a reply. I will think twice before ordering from this supplier again.

Ordered placed May 4. Was told the company was running behind and order would ship within 10-14 days at the latest. It's now been 21 days and not only have I not received my order; I am not getting any response from the company as to when I will. I've requested a refund and cancellation of my order. Over all one of the worst on-line ordering experiences I've ever had. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 items on April 26th and have yet to get them. I also e-mailed Pure Health to find out where my items were and never got a reply. I won't order again if this is how the company works.
