I ordered on May 14, 2012. Received a confirmation and when I tried to track my package, they said the number was wrong. I tried calling the toll free number and it was busy for 2 weeks. I gave up and will never recommend anyone to order from pure health.

Did not receive my items for a month after I ordered them. I emailed twice to ck on them and got no response. I called several times and the phone mailbox was always full. There was no way to track my order and frankly I thought your company was a scam. I will not order again because of this extremely poor service.

I placed a order they said it would be 2 day shipping ofcourse days went by herd nothing!Tried several times to call the company and could get noone on the phone!I sent emails finally herd that my order was on backorder but I was never notified,So I sent a email cancelling my order on May 22nd 2012 And now a few days ago they charged my credit card for a order I cancellled!!!!! And yes ofcourse I can not reach the company!!!!!So now I have to fight for my money!Do they know if you cancel a order you can NOT charge someone's card three wks later!!!!! This company is a joke!

I actually tried to cancel my order, I tried to contact you company multpule times. I wanted to cancel because it was taking a bit for my package but more so because no one was getting back to me. I now just got an email saying my package is in san diego... I live in ontario canada. They say my postal code was written down wrong but I looked at the order form that pure health sent out to me as confirmation and all my info was right. If someone can get back to me now that would bee wonderful... If someone can also make sure that payment does not go through since I won't be receiving my package that will be even better. At this point I will never order from this company again. But if someone can help me I would be very appreciative.

how can you give your opinion when you have not got the product and have pay for it . i have been waiting a month for this product

I had a difficult time making contact with Pure Health . My initial order was May 13, and I did not receieve any information regarding shipment of my order. I got an order confirmation on the same date, but nothing else. I telephoned on May 20 and they assured me they were shipping the order on May 25. I still received no shipping information. On May 29 my credit card was charged for the order. I tried calling on May 30 and May 31, but the phone did not work. I tried calling the phone company to check out the number, but they could not help me because it was a toll free number. Finally I went on to the Web Site, and found the customer reviews. After reading these, I was sure I had been scammed. No one was receiving their orders yet they were being charged for the product. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the credit card charge. I sent two emails regarding order status and received no response. Much to my amazement, the order arrived on Saturday, June 2. Too much stress. Would not order from this comany again.

I am not happy with the way my order was processed. It took three weeks to arrive and I didn't recieve a complete order. Sent two emails asking for a reason, however never got an answer. The paper report showed 2, but I got one. I am sending this package back and will not place another order ever. I expect to have my funds returned to my account asap.
