After placing my order on line,(which is not very user friendly) the order took three weeks to ship.The phone number that is on the site is always busy. I will not order from this company again.

I have tried reach your customer care number there is no response. I haven't received my order yet . I am going to challenge with my credit card company if I don't receive my package in the next two days. Your service is pathetic . Wish I could give zero ratings.

I ordered on may 14th, writing a message that i need to know it the product was backed order, i never received an answer i call few times and everytime they gave me a shipping date and they never shipped on those dates. finally on may 28th they marked my order as shipped but they never gave me the tracking, even when i called (which is very difficult the number rarely works) they could give me the tracking, So today is june 4th and i still don't know if my order shipped or not,

I would not recommend ordering from Pure Health. It is a month later and I have not received my order. I tried to call; no answer. I tried to email Customer Service; no answer. You suck.

I placed my order on May 4th and its now June 4th and I have not received anything!!! I'm aware of the backorder issues etc. However the fact that Pure Health has not made any effort to contact me personally regarding my order makes me extremely upset. No one answers the phones or replies to emails. Absolutely unprofessional!!

I sent a request asking where my order was - have not received the order or any notification and it's been 3 weeks - want to know where my order is and when to expect it - there is no way to look this up on the website - very disappointed with the service

Understandable that you had a hugh amonut of people at the same time ordering the same product.That you where not prepared to handle .( green coffee bean) but you should have had a Email sent out to everyone updating information.Also a message on the phone instead of not answering...Thats just good business. Someone handle every thing wrong . I just dont know if I could trust this company to place more orders.. [email protected]
