I made my purchase may 7. tried several times to phone, mailbox was always full no reply, tried to email them 2 weeks later, still no reply.I ordered enough product for 3 of us, you would think that they would have given me some sort of explanation .We definitely not satisfied

I ordered the Green bean coffee extract hoping to jumpstart weightloss-I waited over 3 weeks for my product to ship-though they charged me and were paid the day I ordered. I have taken it faithfully since receiving it 7 days ago-unfortunately I have gone up in weight. I will finish the product because I ordered 2 weeks worth-wish it had worked

I placed an order on 5/7 after a recommendation for this company as it sells a pure product (without fillers). I rec'd a confirmation notice that indicated I would get another notice at shipping. On 5/22 I checked my credit card and I had not been charged yet so I emailed Pure Health re: my order. I never got a response to that email. I have never gotten a shipping notice so I find it very odd that I would get an email asking me to rate my transaction...very disappointing.

I ordered two products on Apr 27'12 and did not receive them until May 28. I emailed the customer service and did not receive any answer in a week. The phone number does not work. Looking for the status of the order on the website, the invoice number 60681 did not find anything. Obviously I cannot say anything about the products, but the service... So far, so bad!

On May 7th I made an order with Pure Health, to this day (May 28th) I have not recieved my order. The product was in stock - so the order declared...I have sent two emails to Pure Health asking for information about my order, I have not had the courtesy of a reply, let alone my product which was paid for as an immediate transaction. I would like information or some kind of response.

I still have yet to receive my order and it's been quite a while since I ordered so I cannot rate your service

I ordered on May 7th and when I did not recieve my product I called several times and did not recieve a call back . Last time that I ordered your company was very prompt. At this time May 28th I have not recieved my order and no one has returned my calls.

I order my products on 7 May 2012, and still as of today's date I still have not received my products. It has been 3weeks and still nothing. Was not aware that products were on a delivery delay until I called 2 weeks ago. The rep could only tell me to wait till 30 May. Wish I had of known products were on delay would have order else where. Don't think I will recommend to friends.
