Hi Joan, Thank you for your feedback! Our pure green coffee bean extract has about 16mg of caffeine in each serving of 2 capsules (about the same amount of caffeine as a decaf cup of coffee). However, some of our customers find that even taking decaf at night can keep them alert and not be able to sleep. I'm glad you were able to find an alternative! You should give these a try. They give you energy, help to focus on the tasks that you would usually put off, like this survey LOL!! Makes my brain feel clear. Now I actually watch what I eat and I started excercising. Love these. Do not take if you are planning to relax!!!

I eat healthy but don't really exercise like I should. I have gained weight since the onset of menopause last year -about 15 pounds and unfortunately it is all around the waist. I saw these products on The View. Ordering them online was easy and they arrived quickly. However, when I read the inserts I discovered that I can buy these at Walgreens and Walmart..so I have not ordered them on line again. I take one capsule of each twice a day 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch with the water as directed. I noticed the first day much less hunger and more energy. Not the nervous kind of energy either-I was worried that the coffee bean would 'hype' me up but it doesn't at all. In fact I am sleeping better than I have all year. The first week I dropped 5 lbs. I thought okay just water weight..but this is week three and I am down 8 pounds, my clothes are definitely fitting better...I can see a waistline coming back! I am happy with the results of the weight loss and I am especially happy that I feel less fatigued and sleeping better.

The only problem I had was it seems like it took forever to get my order, even though it was probably only around 7 days. When you're starting a new weight loss regimen you want to start today! The good news is Walmart started selling the product and I'm all set!

I can't believe that I got exactly what I wanted for more than 50% less than the two "Health" stores near me ~ and I had a coupon for 20% off! [for the store] I was able to purchase two bottles for $7.00 less than ONE bottle at the Health Food store ~ and I received TWICE the QUALITY!!!! Save your gas * shop online!
