I placed my order back in mid April and it took almost a month for them to send it out to me. They never picked up the phone when I called their customer service number and I never got a reply to my emails, but It finally arrived today so i'm happy.

My order arrived after 3 weeks . To all people who are looking at the website to see there tracing number. Don't it will.just arrives.

Like everyone complaining I had frustration with no response from the company and fear I had been scammed when calling and getting a recording saying the " mail box is full". I repect that the Co is swamped with orders... Do what any other company would do send an estimated shipping date. Offer communication (i dont care how busy you are, hire a person to answer the phone) also Don't offer continue a sale your website on the same product you can't keep up on shipments on!

I ordered a few weeks ago and still waiting for the product to arrive in the mail. When I called they said it would take up to 3 weeks! Please have that stated when we're palcing a order so we have an idea of when to expect our package! I was suprised to have an actual person on the other end of the line!...nice touch! Miss that personal connections these days.

Hopefully they work as promised - if so you will see a new order in a few weeks.

Even with the understanding that the company was overwhelmed by orders the Dr. Oz show generated. Also, was told that I would receive an email when the order shipped, but that never happened. I followed up after 3+ weeks and never received a response. Good finally arrived yesterday but communication definitely needs improvement.

Order was shipped quickly, but has not been received at other end as of yet.
