I wish I could say it was twenty two pounds, but its twenty two days and no product, no email no nothing. I hope the wait is worth it.

took to long to confirm my order. then so much time went by i cancelled the order. so never got any product

Took entirely too long to receive order. Could never reach anyone for customer service support. Unreliable.

Several days after placing the order I received an email that said the item I wanted was no longer available.

ordered may 7th...have a confirmation that they received the order....can't tell you how they work haven't seen the b ottle yet..

I have only ordered once so far and it might be my last. I ordered on may 7th and have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact pure health by email , message on facebook which I still have not received a response from yet, and I called by phone and no one answers the phone. I know from reading there web site that they are busy, but I wanted to know if an email I received about and error in delivery and a held package that is waiting for me to print off some label and show to post office has anything to do with them. The email does not say whom it is from and since pure health is the only place that I have ordered from i wondered it it was my order. The problem is that I can not get any response from pure health and Im really getting very frustrated with them. Just how are you suppose to reach them?

I have been waiting patiently for my green coffee bean extract. Three weeks today...and no product. Wish I could give a positive review.

Still haven't received my order after over 3 weeks; tracking info is worthless. When I go to the two links given in an e-mail from Pure Health to check the order's shipping status, both saysays it is not available at those links. The number is obviously not valid. I hope the product is better than the service provided. At this point it is doubtful I will ever order from this company again. I don't mind being patient since I know they have lots of orders to fill due to Dr. Oz recommending the product on his show, but the company should at least provide updates and correct shipping information.
