I tried calling and each time I called the company about my order they tell you to leave a message, and when you go to leave a message they say its full. I even e-mailed them to cancel my order and they e-mail me back saying they think I was trying to make another order and they don't think it when throuhgt try again.

I have never received my order fro, Pure Health LLC. My account was charged for the order! No wonder they offer "FREE SHIPPING" - you never get your order so it costs them nothing! I sent them an email and never heard back from them. I see several people have also complained about their service online....I wish Dr. Oz had never mentioned them! I should have tried the other company he mentioned instead of this one! Buyers beware!

I ordered on May 14th 2012, I did not receive until June 1th 2012, I called and emailed and never got a responce until I contact with my credit card company to refuse to pay the bill. Then when I did get the order it was wrong, now I have to pay to return it. I don't know when I will get the right order , if ever .

Updated 06/26/12: Thank you for your response Samantha. I appreciate the time you took to explain the situation. I received my order a week after I posted this review. 06/03/12: I placed my order on May 7th and I have not received the product or heard back from Pure Health, despite my credit card being charged. Today is June 4th. I understand that they probably received a huge influx of orders in the last month or so, but I wish they handled it better by keeping consumers updated with the status of their orders. I will not continue to be a customer of Pure Health unless they become more organized and professional in their business model.

I apologize that you hadn't been able to reach us regarding your order. The April segment of Dr. Oz segment on 100% pure green coffee bean increased our business by over 5000% in less than one week. We were inundated with a HUGE increase in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since the Dr. Oz segment. We had no idea the segment was planned or that he linked us to his website and we honestly had NO idea the response we would receive. Our phone lines were backed up with calls that we had people on the phone and people on hold, so anyone else who tried to call in got a strange "disconnected" signal . We had over 20,000 emails in our inbox and after a while, our voicemail box filled up because we didn't have the manpower, at the time, to handle the unexpected influx of business. I ordered product on 5/14 no product came. Emailed for info- NO RESPONSE. Filed a claim with PayPal - no response. Finally when I had given up product arrived on 6/4 with still no answer to any email. Bottom line - Find the product elsewhere.

I placed an order on 5/3. I finally received my order on 6/4. Never received any kind of notification if this product was on back ordered. I sent several email requests with no response back. Very poor customer service! Will not want to do business with this company again.

I ordered a few items on May 9th, 2012. It is now June 4th and I have still not received my order. I have sent 2 emails requesting a tracking number and an eta. I received a tracking number that does not work and I was told that it had finally been shipped. I still have yet to see my order. I will not be placing another order with your company again.
