I understand that the Dr. Oz show resulted in a huge increase in orders and did anticipate some delay in processing. I placed my order on 4/26/12, it didn't ship until 5/13 (did not receive email-ckd status online) and it was received on 5/18. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my order. I am looking forward to using the products.

I only have one problem..and that is that this product too so long to arrive. I would've liked to have had a message telling me that the product was on back order...and I e-mailed the company as to why the product hadn't arrived yet, but received no follow up e-mail..I would have liked to have had a response

I appreciate the fact that your company was inundated with orders due to media coverage. However, there was no communication regarding delayed shipment, unless I contacted you. In the future, it may be a good idea to keep your customers informed of delays and give them an option to wait or receive a refund. Also may be a good idea to post the delays on your website. I ordered a similar product from another company and received it the same day that I received yours - I had ordered their product 2 weeks after my initial order with Pure Health. The other company took three days to ship - I received your product in 3 weeks.

It took to long to get the product. They sent a email once and never let me know it was sent out. It took three weeks?

The product is good, price is low, but the shipping was extremely slow. They did apologize and sent emails to explain they were swamped as their product was featured on some TV show and the response was huge. I believe them as many companies were out of stock.

I just finally received my product today!! I ordered it on April 28th so it took forever, but it's here. Let's hope it works as good as Dr. Oz says it does!!

Hope my order gets here soon. I am looking forward to start using it and getting some results.

I understand they were bombarded with many orders for the green coffee bean extract. It took over a month to receive my order but it was packaged very well and I am very satisfied with the products I received. I would order again but hopefully when they were not so busy.
