20 days to get your order filled is aboslutely ridiculous!

I ordered my pills on May 8 and my order was shipped on the 27th. I understand that they were over loaded from the Dr. Oz show, but they should have sent an email informing customers that their pills would be delayed. I called various times but there was a recording stating that they were busy getting the orders ready and I was never able to speak to anyone. I dont even know if the pills are as pure as they advertise as I havent received them.

i hadn't heard of green coffee extract until my mother told me about it. she said she had heard about it on dr. oz a week or so before we placed our order. we wanted to try it so we went to pure health's website and looked at the product. seemed simple enough so we placed an order. that was a month ago. still haven't received the product. this request for me to complete the survey is the first correspondence i'm receiving from the company. i'm disappointed because after checking the company's facebook page, i learned that they were extremely overwhelmed because of the dr. oz publicity (i get that). however, after receiving 10,000 orders the first day after the airing of the show and even more orders the day after that, the company failed to mention that on their website!! they allowed people to continue to place orders knowing full well they would be able to fulfill them in a timely fashion!!! sounds like pure greed. they wanted the orders...they wanted the money. and YES, they took the money from my checking account via debit card. no. i did NOT use paypal and YES my card was charged/accounted debited and the product was never received. i doubt i'll ever order from this company again because of the poor business practices (as opposed to the slow shipment after being inundated which is excusable). i sent the company an email asking where my order was i never got a response. when i read their facebook page they said they were sending automated emails with order information...i have yet to receive. hopefully i'll be able to find this product in store. if not, i'll just have to find an alternative.

I ordered my product and was promised that I would receive it in two weeks, by e-mail response. I still have yet to receive. I am very disappointed, especially after reading all of the other bad feedback. I figured that this would be a reputable company and understand the product demand, but you, the company should not accept orders that you can not fill in the time quoted. This is unacceptable. I paid through paypal, so you got your money instantly, but I have not received anything. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered item from website and it took very close if not three weeks to receive it. When I called to find out if everything was ok with the order all I got was a recorded message.

I appreciate you asking but you should at least ensure that the recipient of this survey has actually received the product they ordered from you. I am also guessing the timing of this outreach is based upon a typical fulfillment scenario so you would expect us to have the product by now when in fact this is not the case. We ordered May 6th and it is now May 28th. Not very good. It better get here soon.

I purchased items that were in-stock. Over a week later, no confrmation of shipped etc. Contacted company per their email provided for contact.....2 weeks later not even a response. Has been 3 weeks and still no product, no shipping info, no communication. They seemed to have no problem charging my credit card immediately....but cannot seem to find the time to respond to a question. At this point....I am inclined to contact my credit card company since no product has been received. I will not do business with this company again.

never received confirmation of shipment and it took forever to get. I still haven't gotten it. You want a review before I get my product?????? Hello. I ordered it may 7. Its now may 28 th. Still nothing or even a email saying it's back logged or whatever the reason is. Wouldn't purchase from you again.
