You never sent my product or answered my inquiries I have a claim against you via paypal

I order my items on 14 May and it is now 5 June and I still have not received my order. Plus, they do not have a tracking system so I can track my order. Will not order from them again.

I ordered product over a month ago. They billed my account the next day. As of today 06/05/12 I still have not received my product. I have tried reaching them by phone which they never answer, latest message is from verizon saying the phone number is disconnected. I never once received a call back after emailing them and leaving my address, order #, and phone # so I could receive an update. Do not order from them. They are ripping people off. I called my bank to get my money back. Never will do business with them again.

Did not get order until 6 - 8 weeks from purchase. When tried to call and email got no response. Had to go through PayPal and file a complaint. No one ever called. Product finally showed up but so late I refused it. Will never order with them again.

I understand that this company has been flloded with orders BUT they should have it under control by now. I do not recieve updates, my orders take a long time to arrive and they DO NOT answer the phone, repl to messages or respond to emails. My mom ordered on May 4 and still had not recieved her order. Pure health posted on FB that their May 26th orders have gone out well what about my mom's order. They obviously do not care about customer service. I WILL NOT order from Pure Health again.

I had to log in under my friend so I could write another review because my first was on May 8 and I can not update review so it shows up today. I PLACED MY ORDER ON 4/26/12 AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT!! I have tried to email and call and I never get a response. My order was paid for with paypal within 24hrs. It is well past the 3 weeks of the promised date of shipping. When I enter my confirm# at purehealth website it states my order was shipped, it has said that now for over three weeks. I am going to give it one more try before I dispute with paypal. I ordered a btl of pure green coffee bean from another company and received within 5 days. I will NOT be ordering again from Purehealth and I am quite turned off by the lack of customer care with the back orders and to read on here of those who ordered after me and received the product already just adds more to my frustration with dealing with this company.. If I could give a zero rating I would because 1 star is being kind. I almost feel as if any good reviews are from the company itself

i ordered a product that was listed as in stock and i never received it, nor did i receive any sort of notification that the product was not coming. phone calls went to a recording that it was expected to be handled by the end of the week, and when that did not happen, further phone calls went unanswered.

I ordered product from this company on 5/3/12 and have still not received it. People i know who have ordered the same product after me have received theirs. This is quite annoying. Customer service department is non existent. i try calling but just get the voice mail telling me to leave a message. I have left several to no avail.
