I was impressed by the low prices at Pure Health and no charge for S and H. Unfortunately my order was somewhat delayed, but I REALLY appreciated the email that told me why my order was delayed and how much longer it would take to get my product. I will definitely use Pure Health again. Thanks!

I received my order today and am pleased with the customer service received from Stacy. The company is real, the product is real. I will post again in a week or so. Please don't give up on PureHealth100! I agree there is a communication problem between the phones ringing busy and the lack of order updates; however, I do believe they are overwhelmed with the publicity from the Dr Oz show. Three weeks ago, I was able to make a purchase off the site, but then have not received my product or heard from the site. I've tried calling over the last week and the customer service number rings busy. I know the site was overwhelmed with new requests due to Dr. Oz; however, no updates from the site caused me to request my order be cancelled... I had to send an e-mail since the phone number doesn't work.

I was one of the many to give a bad rating to this company after no communication and no product delivery 2 weeks out. After my poor review, I was finally able to get in contact with someone at the company. They apologized profusely and made things right. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and that's what they are getting from me.

If you have an announcement on a televised show that is nationwide, you should be expecting a lot of orders, calls, and emails. I waited for almost 2 weeks to get the product that I ordered but the money was taken out of my checking account the day that I ordered. Every store that I've ordered from recently didn't take my payment until the item shipped.

I like that Pure Health sends a booklet loaded with info about each of their products. They explain how the products work and the benefits of each.

I put in an order when apparently a million other people did as well. They put disclaimers up on their Facebook as well as in email and I DID get my product as promised. It can take a couple weeks to get stuff just when you order on eBay or amazon so you can't give them grief for a huge influx of orders causing a delay. I did dock a star though because of communication. They could have at least sent a mass email as soon as they knew things would be backed up and they need to find a way to get an automated message when you call saying someone cannot come to the phone or with something other than being told their mailbox is full. The product was shipped, I got it when they said (after getting the notice on Facebook about the delay).

I ordered product on 4/27 and it finally arrived today--20 days later. I never received a shipping confirmation #, but when I checked my order status online, it stated that it shipped on 5/14. I never received any email that it had shipped. I just got it in the mail today. I am giving this company the benefit of the doubt and believing what they said through this whole process. However, I think as an act of good will towards all of us potential repeat customers, a 10% off coupon for future orders is the least they could have done.
