Pure Health LLCReviews of purehealth100.com

I realize you may have been swamped with orders, but should have been ready for it. You stated you had enough product to handle the orders, so should have been able to handle shipment. Order placed 4-26-12, product received 5-21-12. I get products from Japan in about a weeks time.

I placed an order and paid for it more than 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet. I tried to call the phone # on the internet and got a message saying this mailbox is full and no longer taking messages. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed.

Please scroll and notice how many people are reporting the same feedback, which would be the delay in receiving their orders, or the fact that they just plain haven't heard a damn thing back from this company. Stacy, who works for Pure Health, contacted me within one hour of seeing my post on this site. They're flooded with orders because of Dr. Oz show, which is obvious. Dr. Oz doesn't endorse his products, so there was no warning to companies carrying green coffee bean extract. Be patient with the company and trust that they're not scammers. I will repost when I finally receive my product.

I can't really rate Pure Health because I have yet to get my product that I ordered over a month ago.

I haven't received yet

Given the high demand of products recently, certainly this company was not prepared and did not do well from a customer service prospective. The good news is - my product finally arrived and was exactly what I ordered. My guess is that once they get through the sudden demand in product and get back to their normal orders, things will go smoothly for them.

Today is May 21st, I placed an order on May 1 2012. I still haven't received anything via mail. Last time I ordered I received my order within 2 weeks.

I am still waiting for my order of 4/19/12---this is 5/20/12. Think this is kind of SLOW !!!!
