I was very excited to order the green coffee beans from a "trusted" company, however, my money was taken and I have never received my order. I purchased over $100.00 worth of product at the end of April 2012 and I have received NOTHING in return. Today is June 5, 2012 and still no order. What's going on with this company???? Are they real? I will never recommend this company to anyone. Never. This has been a very expensive lesson for me.....I'm devastated.

Took over a month to get my products. I wasn't able to get through via email or phone. No shipping notice, no communication whatsoever. Statements on the web about this site being a scam were closer to the truth than not. Will NOT be back.

I apologize that it was taking so long to receive your order. We were inundated with a HUGE increase (about 5000%) in orders and subsequent calls and e-mails since the Dr. Oz segment in April. We had no idea the segment was planned and we honestly had NO idea the response we would receive. Our phone lines were backed up with calls that we had people on the phone and people on hold, so anyone else who tried to call in got a strange "disconnected" signal. And after a while, our voicemail box filled up because we didn't have the manpower, at the time, to handle the unexpected influx of business. i have called ...left messages when could get thru. sent email. all with no responce. recording says leave message. This is terrible customer service. First you take the phone off so no messages could be left then you say you have shipped orders that never arrive. Not a company i will do business with again.

As for a seemingly disconnected or non-existent number.. I got the confirmation of my order within a couple days, but there was no ship date...or anticipated ship date. Little did I know I would have to wait 2 weeks! I tried calling customer service, but either their phone didn't work or I had to leave a message. I called several times and I e-mailed with poor results. I finally got an e-mail, but the person just said they get hundreds of e-mails a day and can't keep up, and then she didn't even answer my question on the ship date! I get it, that they had a large backorder becasue of the Dr. Oz show, but they should have some kind of communication in place so people would know the status of their order. I really thought I had been scammed and this was a fake company. If I can find the same thing from another company, I won't ever order from them again.

It's been over a month and I have still not received my order. I sent an email weeks ago asking when I might expect to receive my order and got no response at all. I just tried calling the toll free number and got a voice message saying that they weren't open until 9:00 a.m. It was 9:10 a.m. when I called. This is not very professional by any means!! No time was wasted in billing my credit card for my order. I'm starting to think this is a big rip off! I was charged $15.00 for shipping (Canadian order), which is alot, especially if it takes this long. I don't think I will be recommending this company to anyone nor will I be placing any more orders through Pure Health!!
