Shipped wrong items & no one answers the phone
Ordered on 12 May 2012 and finally received the order on 4 June 2012 only to find out that they shipped the wrong items. Now, I can't get anybody to answer the phone and/or return my calls

Terrible
Never received my order, never received a reply to my email, no returned calls. I am still trying to contact them about my order almost three weeks later.

Sorry but did not like my experience with them at all!!
You would think that after 3 e-mails and numerous call to there so call "customer service line" you would get answers from someone! and to top it all off... they say if you order 2 bottles you get free shipping?? Then why am I being charge 15.00$ for freight when I ordered 4 bottles? Don't know what is wrong with there phone # as it has a funny ring and no one answers.... and no one replies to any e-mails either!!! Sorry don't wont to be rude but it gets frustrating after a while when no ones answers you!!! My opinion is you're better off to remove " how to contact us" on there web site as no one is there for the customer!!! The only good thing I have to say is the web site is nice looking...but that is all!!! If you really mean business that you are there for us ... I hope someone will remove my shipping fees please? Hope you give BETTER customer service to the next customer as I can guaranty you that it will not be me...very sorry to say all of these negative things but you ask for my opinion and this is what I have to say... NOT TRUSTWORTHY
I ORDERED THREE BOTTLES OF GREEN COFFEE GREEN EXTRACT AND ONLY RECIEVED TWO BOTTLES.

great product, lousy follow thru
order #133326 was ordered weeks ago with a ship time of 5-7 work days. Phoning to check on the order got only a "voicemail box is full, sorry". The order arrived short 1 item (my raspberry ketones). Very disappointed

HORRIBLE!
Can't contact company by phone. No answer by email. Order taking a month to arrive. Will NEVER buy from this company again. STAY AWAY!!!
