Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract is a great product that you cannot just find anywhere. I hope that I get the results that others have from it. The only problem I had is it took over three weeks to be shipped. I really appreciated the email letting me know that status of my shipment but I plan on trying to find it locally because I cannot wait over three weeks for another shipment.

Although it took longer than expected to get my order I understood the delay and did receive my order. I have been taking the green coffee bean extract for over a week now and have lost a few pounds already! This is encouraging to stick with it and step up my game!!!

Well, it took awhile! I would have been annoyed to have to wait so long if you hadn't sent a notice that things were running late. So thank you for that.

I know you got alot of orders after the Dr Oz show but I finally received my order on 5/21/12 almost a whole munth which I think is a reasonable amount of time considering you were buried alive in orders. I'm sorry other people wrote not so nice things about the company (the company was bogus, etc.). I admit I got a little antsy when I tried to call the customer service number and got the message that the mailbox was full. I tell you it didn't look good for you for a few minutes until I could reason with myself and give you a little more time to fill orders. I'm giving you 4 stars for slowness but you probably rate 5 stars for dependability. Thanks for coming through.

Received my first order two weeks later but I'm happy it arrived and I'm sure the green coffee beans will help my son and I lose some weight. I believe in this product and this company. I pray things will get better for you soon PureHealth! Much success to all! Trinity

Placed order, and PayPal paid it. I waited and waited and it did not show. Had to e-mail them to find out what was going on. They said there was such a demand, they had it on backorder because of the demand increase. They should have sent a note indicating it was backordered instead of me having to ask. They need to improve business protocol.

i understood your delay in shipping and very much appreciated the note of reason for delay...

The good is when the phone line worked they were very profesional and the product they sell is very good and the price is exselente. The bad and the ugly is the phone line did not work all the time and my order came very late.
