Can't comment but it has taken too long.

I gave them 3 stars because even though I'm sure Pure Health is making every effort possible to fulfill it's orders and I'm sure they are VERY overwhelmed with the amount of orders and calls for the Green Coffee Bean extract and one would think that with being so swamped they would temporarily stop taking orders until they are able catch up to some degree. Although I didn't mind waiting close to a month for my order to be shipped I never got am email saying my order was shipped let alone that they were only shipping half of what I ordered. I was charged for the 4 bottles that I ordered and only received 2. Even if they were able to make the product in 800 mg. capsules my order was for 4 bottles and I EXPECTED to have 4 shipped to me considering they charged me for 4 bottles. If they intend on sending the remaining 2 bottles I don't have a problem with that so long as they do get sent.

I am impressed with the detailed brochure that came along with the product and the fact that there are no additives, so I will most likely give the company another try in the near future.

I think this is a long time to wait for my order.

its has been 25 days! I have been sooo patient, reading all those bad comments and waiting and waiting and waiting. I wrote Purehealth an email like they suggested, asking nicely about the shipment: NOTHING, no updates. I feel like I just trew my money away, I feel cheated. my order confirmation number is: A585818050 I just need an answer. Is this the only way to get your attention?

I ordered on 5/4/12 and I am still waiting here on 5/24 for my delivery where is my package

I just finished a review and realized that I did not receive a different potency (I read the label wrong). I apologize for that misinformation.

My product finally arrived, YAY! I was informed that due to overwhelming orders I may experience a delay in shippment. I understood the issue but the thing that bothered me the most was that I could not track my order on line. I couldn't even view my invoice through my online account that I set up. I emailed CS for an update but received no reply, I was thinking I was being scammed. A few days later my order arrived. I just wish I could have received a status update which would have eased some of my concerns.
