I dont' know if you knew the overwhelming response the Dr. Oz show was going to cause but we all have to learn the hard way sometime. I have just started using the product so I cannot tell you about it, I can tell you that customer service person would of been nice to talk to. I called and first got a machine, then I got a continual ringing and then I got "the box you are calling is full". I did reorder my next months supply, so hopefully you will have gotten thing straightened up by then. Thank you.

I have had a good experience with this company. I have ordered from them 3 times. I think what has happened is they grew faster than what was anticipated and in today's world and economy... What a problem to have! These guys are not a scam, just a very small company with a huge demand for a product EVERYONE wants. And Dr. OZ putting is stamp of approval on these natural products has sky rocket the demand. Just RELAX...

Come on people we knew there would be a run on this product when we all saw it on Dr.Oz. I understand after receiving the email stating from PureHealth100’s customer service that they are swamped with orders. I for one am very pleased that a company here is being inundated with business and has been able to hire more people. We ordered a few weeks ago as well and I’m realistically thinking I will not get my order till early to mid June. And you know what that’s ok with me. I was fat when I ordered the product and I’m sure I will still be fat when it arrives. Let’s look at the big picture , a small-ish US company had a run on product (YEA!!) they had to hire more people (YEA!!) they have to order / produce more product. That takes time and frankly I’m willing to wait. Now let’s hold off a bit on the negative reviews and give these people a break after all just like when Oprah would start a stampede to an obscure small business so has Dr. Oz. i really love the products. but my only problem is that when you place an order it takes so long to receive. i placed an order on friday 5/4/12 and here it is 5/24/12 and i still don't have my product. and when you call them any time of day nobody answers not even an answering machine.

Order finally arrived-3 weeks of waiting. Thought we had been scammed...Thank you for your honesty.

3 1/3 weeks, but did arrive, neatly packaged and with a great and informative brochure about all of their products. I did inquire as to the status of my order with no reply, however, true to word, Purehealth did not charge until the order shipped. Over all, I am satisfied and would consider ordering from this company again.

I had wrote a bad review before, because my order too long,but I understand and was trying to let people know.Your facebook page is blowing up and I think people not reading others review before writing.Stop blaming a company about how much pills in a bottle If you really read You will get it.I have no review on the product because it's less than a week I have been using it.I will order from pure health when You get calm with all the order.

Good product but very long shipping time and little communication.
