I order the product on May 7 and it didn't even ship until May 27...very disappointed about how long I had to wait!!! I still haven't received what I ordered.

Our order was placed April 26, 2012 and recieved May 25, 2012. With the majority of reviews that I read, the outlook of good correspondance and getting the product looked bleek. Like most the e-mails were not returned, nor were phone calls successful. However the product was delivered , well package and correct. In retrospect the wait time from the U.S. to Canada was not extensive. It was a good lesson in patience, one which many of us could learn in these days of instant gradification and rushing. I will place future orders. Thanks.

Purchased an item and the website didn't give a specific shipping date or days of shipping. This is very annoying due to the fact I could get my item purchased without knowing.

Patience was what this was all about. The service was extremely slow, but I understood why and hold nothing against the company. I read some of the negative comments regarding the company and I chose to have good faith and knew they would come through and I received my order. Good things come to those who wait and I am glad I did.

When I checked to see the status of my order, Pure Health denied the Order Number existed even though it is on my order confirmation as the Order/Invoice number. I could understand their being slow but to deny what is on the invoice doesn't look good for future orders ( or maybe even this one.)

I waited a long time for the product to arrive (ordered on May 1st, arrived on May 24th) However, from regularly checking the company's facebook page I understand they were overwhelmed with thousands of orders and were trying to get the product out as fast as they could. I appreciated the updates. I am happy with the actual product and also the reasonable price. Depsite the delay I would order from the company again

placed my order on may 3 . still haven't recieved it . placed call to company , all i got was a recording that voicemail was full . was unable to speak to anyone to find out what the delay was . i'm looking forward to trying this product , but i wish they would contact me in sometime soon .

I'm 1 week into taking the Pure Health Pure Green Coffee Bean and I am still waiting to see some results. I wanted to take this and not implement any exercise to make sure it wasn't the exercising that was going to help with the weight loss. I have actually gained a few pounds even though my intake had not changed. I will continue to take it for 1 month, but my hopes of losing weight are not very high :(
