Ordered over 3 weeks ago and nothing as yet. No word from customer service on what has happened. Sent two e-mails seeking some answers and got no response. Have no intention of ever ordering from this company again!

so I ordered these pure green coffee beans online from this company and paid with my visa on May 8th. I got confirmation from the company, but no shipping or tracking info. I've written to them twice via email and now it's the 29th of the month. I;ve gotten no response other than this dumb survey and I do not have my order that I paid them $30 for. I'm not happy at all. They could have at least answered my emails. Poor customer service, in my opinion

I never received the order. The charge never appeared on my credit card statement. I thought that the attempted purchase did not transmit properly.

I understand that getting the word out is important, but what did you truly expect once the news about your Green Coffee Bean extract was aired on the Dr. Oz show? Customer Service should have been better prepared to relay the fact that the processing delay would be a month or more.

I ordered the first time and had no issues. When I placed my second order o 5/7 the payment went to them, but after 3 weeks I still don't have the order. I've been getting no reply from email sent to them either.

Ordered 5/5/12, Still waiting on order as of 5/29/12. I have email be-well, haven't received a response yet. I called Las Vegas BBB to see if any complaints have been filed against be-well, only that orders are filled and delivery of products is slow. So I remain patient for I do want what I ordered. I will order again if I find be-well products to be effective as described. Please Hurry!

I ordered, for the 2nd time the Green Coffee pills, only to have never received the order. The payment was taken out of my credit card, but no merchandise. I have tried calling the number supplied, only to get a constant busy signal and have sent several emails, to which I received no reply. I am very disappointed in their service the 2nd time around and don't know that I will be ordering from them again.

i will review the product when and if i ever receive it.
