I placed an order, waited a couple days, and went to check the status. My order was listed, but there was no delivery date. I contacted the company via e-mail, but received no response. I left a voicemail message but, again, no response. I sent more e-mails, one with lots of !!!!! and finally got a response. The woman was very nice and said they were backlogged, and she apologized. However, there should have been some notification that shipments were delayed; and a faster response would have been appreciated. I now see that my order was shipped; but when I click on the tracking column, nothing happens. I might be doing something wrong, but there are no instructions. I just hope when the product does arrive, it does what it claims . . .

While the products might be good, the delivery is extremely slow. I've placed two orders and both have taken over three week to get. Still haven't gotten the 2nd one. If you try to call, you have to try multiple times to even get someone. These two items concern me greatly when I'm ordering something to better my health. When customer service and delivery is this poor, how does that reassure me that the product is not inferior as well?

I ordered Green Bean Coffee extract on MAY 1. It is now May 29th. I sent you -e-mails to find out why I HAVE NOT received my order # 8586962875. I have called for WEEKS. Your phone rings BUSY Every time !! I will never order from you again. I will advise family and friends to follow suit.

Will order again and see if shipping time improves.

Finally had to call and find out about my order that was placed on May 7. The person I spoke with was very helpful and advised of the delays in shipping and that my order should be arriving around June 1. Hopefully, that will be the case. I was looking forward to trying the product but not if it's going to take a month to ship each time I order. Stay tuned!!

I tried to call sveral weeks ago a few times and there was no one there to answer my call or even leave a message. I also could not find someway to contact them.
