Ordered Green Coffee Bean Extract at the height of the Dr. Oz. When ordered, nothing was said that the shipment would be delayed - I was told it would ship within a week. I emailed and received a response that was an excuse and no customer service at all!! If you weren't the least expensive of good product, I would not use your services. I ordered my product at the end of April from Amazon and it never arrived and then ordered from Pure Health directly about 5/7 and still have not recv'd! Just frustrating as there is no communication - I would be less frustrated if anyone would just keep me updated on my product.

My first order went perfectly. I received my order in a timely manner and I was very pleased. I placed a second order on May 7,2012 and paid immediately with my Paypal account. I thought there was a good chance that my order would be here by Saturday May 12th because the first one came so quickly. No such luck! I went on vacation, and returned home on May 22nd expecting there to be a package from be-well waiting for me. There wasn't. I went back to my account to figure out when I placed the order, and paid for the order. I wrote down all of the important numbers, etc. and called the customer service line. I called once, twice, three times, etc. etc. etc. The calls wouldn't go through for some reason. Then on May 24th, I sent an email to be-well with a copy of the invoice (with the confirmation #) along with a copy of my pay pal invoice showing that the payment was made to them back on May 7th. I still haven't heard a thing!! I have no idea what is going on, but I can say that I am really disappointed.

I did not receive my order. I ordered it on May 7th, 2012 and it has never arrived. My order confirmation # is 85919688EB and the invoice number is 124585. I e-mailed you and tried to call but I did not make contact with anyone. Please send me my order of Coffee Bean Extract for 15.99 total or give me my money back.

I have ordered twice from Pure Health and each time I have experienced the company's technological issues. First, the website wouldn't accept Amex as a payment choice. However, I was not informed about this issue for two weeks. So my order was delayed. The company should have offered to ship more quickly, but no such offer was made. Then, I ordered again on May 7th. No product still. I emailed a few days ago and no response. I tried calling ten times today and there is an issue with the phone. I don't understand why this company has so many issues. It's been 22 days and no product and no response from the company. I am loathe to order again. Mona Bhalla

I was not able to reach customer via phone or email in regards to my order. Then after ordering from another company, PureHealth charged my credit card, leaving me over-drawn! They should have confirmed they were still going to ship after 20 days of no communication. I would have preferred a refund instead of the order.

Ive called and called and emailed and emailed... Nothing. A month has passed and I still don't have my product or any idea when or if it ever will come. I'd give you one star but I sill hold out hope....

Since it took so long to receive an order, i should have been informed as to what the problem was. I emailed many times, and called the toll free #. I never received an answer for either source. This is not the way a business should operate if they want to keep their customers. It's only common courtesy to inform a customer of any problem, especially when one has called and written so many times.
