Everything arrived and appears to be as described. Seemed to take a long time to ship and receive.

Very pricy
I wanted to try the products that I bought. I bought four different products . I bought the bottles with only 30 caplets in each figuring id try it for 30 days. When I saw the recommended dose it was two caplets twice a day which brought it to a week's supply which cost me a little over $50.00. I bought another batch of the thirty caplets dose after the first week's worth was gone. I haven't finished the last batch because I can't afford the prices to continue once they re gone . I'll try it again if I find a more affordable way to buy these products.

I haven't lost any weight since I've been taking them. Maybe some belly fat, but no weight.
I wouldn't recommend them for losing weight!

Hi Sue, Thank you very much for your recent review. I just wanted to say that it is slow getting started with the supplements. The belly fat is usually the first thing to go, that is a sign you are losing and the supplements are working. I would say just to stick with the program and you should start to see the needle move! It has been a good experience but at times the shipping took way to long.
It has been okay but at times I will receive tracking information then at other times I will not.Sometimes the orders arrive in time and other times they take forever.I think their needs to be some consistency there but the overall products are great and I enjoy taking them.

With holidays and weekends that can get even bigger. No Hurry
Well from the time the order was placed to the time I received it was 3 weeks, so don't be in a hurry to get your order.

Products are good but ordering process needs help.
The first order I placed was great. No problems with ordering and I received my shipment within a few days. The next order didn't go as well. There were four products in my order. One of them was on back order. This was not noted anywhere on the website. I didn't receive an email notifying me of the back order either. They just held the entire order until everything was in. When I called to see what the delay was, I was told about the backorder and was told if I had called and asked for the other products to be delivered separately they would have done it. But again, there was no way to know about the backorder. My products in the second shipment took two weeks to arrive. I left an email suggesting they let customers know when a product is backordered but never received a reply from them.

I made a large purchase and asked about a 20% discount. I was told I could not get it. Then, after I received my purchase, you sent me an email about a 20% discount. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
If you initiate a discount just after a purchase, I think it should be retroactive as it is in department stores.

So far, I'm not impressed.
I placed my order and received an order confirmation via email but there was no further contact to alert me to the expected delivery date or if/when the product had shipped. Also, what the doctor described on The View about cost and the reality of placing an order were not the same. The product doesn't seem to have much of an effect on my appetite. I think I would need to take it several times a day but the cost of that would be considerably more that what the doctor stated.
