I was pleased with my purchase

Ordered Pure Green Coffee bean. Great product! But it took forever to receive the order. I hope they increase employees and get orders processes quicker.

In today's world we want everything instantly. Can you imagine being a small company that distributes health products among the thousands of other companies that do just the same type of business and then a TV personality talks about a product that you happen to specialize in and BOOM, everyone wants what you have all at the same time and you had no idea the broadcast was even scheduled to air?? Now take our nation of overweight individuals trying to find a way to control their cravings, steady their glucose levels etc. and be able to lose those extra pounds quickly.... and you have the perfect storm! I too ordered my product from Pure Health and I had to wait for my shipment but to be fair, I had to put myself in their shoes in order to stay calm and not be too upset about the fact that I was waiting longer than usual for a product. The company did send out an email thanking me for my order and included the following message:".... Needless to say, our telephone lines, our voicemail, our facebook posts, our twitter account and all forms of communication have been indundated and we are working double shifts to process all orders, answer all calls and respond to all e-mail inquiries as quickly as humanly possible. We appreciate your patience with us during this time." I now have my product and I am looking forward to it working and I will continue to order from Pure Health because I know the storm will end one day and I will no longer have to wait this long for my product to ship. While you are still complaining about this company, I will be enjoying my new look and waiting for a smaller- size pair of jeans to be shipped from Macy's!

Pure Health was the one company I found that made it easy to order and easy to understand what was in all of their products. The prices were also very reasonable. Getting the products just took a little longer than I had expected. Once they arrived I found that they were packaged with just as much information as on the website. Something I could keep and reference when needed. I will definitely use them as a supplier for my pure health needs.

Unfortunately, I am unable to rate Pure Health at this time because I still have not received my order. However, when I did contact the company to inquire as to my order, the gentleman I spoke to was very professional and polite. I was told that there was a backlog of orders, as the company was highlighted on the Dr. Oz show. I look forward to receiving my order in the very near future.
