While I received my order on 5/29, I placed in on 5/3 and attempted to contact the company for follow up both via email and telephone. I never received an email back stating either that they were currently out of stock on the product I ordered or that my order was being shipped by a particular date. When I tried to call them, I received their voicemail and could not leave a message due to the fact that the mailbox was full. My biggest concern with regard to using this company again, is the ability to contact them with questions. I should be able to speak to someone at any time during business hours and receive a response to my email questions.

I ordered three other things from some other companies a couple of weeks after ordering my green coffee beans and got both of them much faster. Sent three emails and got no answer in return to tell me what was going on with my order.

It's a simple thing to advise your customers of the status of their orders. Couldn't get through on the phone and e-mails weren't returned. I know they were overwhelmed because of Dr. Oz but answer people so they feel safe ordering from the company.

i know they were swamped after the dr. oz show and i do understand, but i still have not recieved my order. i lost my confirmation number and couldn't get ahold of anyone . i called, emailed and no response. please tell them to call me @269-449-2931

May 29/12 Payment came out of my account on May 8/12 but have not received the product yet & have not received notice of delivery. When can I expect receiving my order? Lise Lees

I had made my order on 05/01/2012, I recieved my order on 05/28/2012. Everything was correct in my order. I hate that i had to wait so long but happy i have it. I will start tomorrow and update my rating after two weeks.

I ordered a very, very popular product on April 30th. On May 4th, I received a notice that Purehealth100.com was backed up with orders, but they were adding more shifts to fill all the business and I would receive an email with a tracking number when my order shipped. On May 16th, I sent a note asking for an update. On May 25th, I checked the site again for my shipping status and my order was marked "shipped". If it was still in process, I was going to cancel the order. I never received a confirmation to my email of the 16th, and I never received a shipping notification that my order was on its way. I checked my mailbox today (May 29th) and my order had arrived. A little communication goes a long way. I am not sure if I will order from Purehealth100.com again because I ended up buying that product from another company that was able to deliver my order within a week. I wouldn't have minded the 4-week wait as much had Purehealth100.com been able to give me a timeline, responded to my email query, and sent the shipping notification as promised. I didn't like the lack of response from Purehealth100.com The product itself was shipped well, came in a nice bottle, and seems to be as promised.

although the products are pure which I like and appreciate, the service is slow and the company does not communicate to tell you why your order is a month late!!
