Im still waiting on my product 2 weeks now

You acknowledged the order on May 8. Then, nothing...for 19 days! I still don't know if I will get my order, just that I got billed for it on May 27. So now it is 22 days and still counting...

I had placed an order back on May 7th. I have not recieved my order nor have I heard about a backorder on this particular product even after emailing two times.

I ordered from pure health on 05/03/12. A few weeks after I sent an email to ask about my order and was told to include my order information and they would track it. I sent another email with the information they requested and never heard back. As of today I've not received my order or any information. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm going to make one more attempted at finding out about my order. If I don't receive an answer, I'm going to cancel, and despute the charge on my credit card. Be careful out there!!!

So I ordered my 2 bottles of green coffee bean pills on 5/1. The day after I watched the Oz show. I finally just today received my product after going through paypal to file a dispute and get my money back. I was shocked when I opened my mail and found my package in my mailbox. I thought it was scam but i guess I was wrong. Would I go through this company again to purchase another product? Probably not... they took way to long to send the product and I live in vegas. I thought maybe i'd get my shipment much earlier. GUESS NOT!!

Wondering if this is for real. I ordered thinking I would have the green coffee bean extract in eight to ten working days. If the company can't fill the orders they should at least let us know. My confirmation number is: A592357183 An answer would be appreciated.

I am very disappointed in this company at this time. I placed an order on May 4th and have still not received it yet. I understand they have been extremely busy with the buzz about the green coffee bean, BUT keeping their customers informed should be top priority and so far, I haven't received one bit of communication from them. Not only have they received my payment almost a month ago, but no communication and still no product. We own a business as well and our customer service is top priority. We would never handle our customers nor our business in this manner.

I placed my order 24 days ago. It barely shipped today, I still have not received it. The customer service number never worked. I sent an e-mail to check the status and never received a response. Overall a very bad experience so far and I still have not receive the product, who knows what's in store......
