I ordered my green coffee bean on May 8th and received my order yesterday. I read reviews "before" placing my order so I knew it would take a while. This small company was overwhelmed with orders in one day without any notice. They brought on more staff and worked all hours to get orders out, yet they are receiving bad reviews. I do think they should do a little more to get the word out to customers on why they are having trouble getting orders out in a timely manner, but other than that I can't complain. They are not scamming anyone. I received my order yesterday as promised when I emailed the company. I received a response within 24 hours of my inquiry. Very professional staff!!! I hope they can rebuild their reputation. I wish people would be a little more understanding and patient. I can't review the actual product yet but if it works, I will be placing another order.

Ordered the green coffee extract on May 6th and revived it on May 31st.. It took a bit of time but understandable with the massive orders. The only thing I wish that pure health did was email out updates on progress of items being sent out or not sent out. Hopefully the product actually works with weight, we shall see!

I researched what I was buying and found that pure health had the best product and pricing. The free shipping was an added bonus! I realize that some products are in high demand and can take longer to ship out but knowing that when an order is placed would have been greatly appreciated. That was the only thing that I din't like. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I would order from pure health again.

This company was relatively small and after Dr. Oz aired a show about their green coffee bean extract, they were overwhelmed for a while with orders. It took a month to get my order but I will give them one more try before giving up completely on them.

I like many of you was skeptical of this company due to the overwhelming bad reviews mostly due to shipping problems. I do understand those people's point of view, so I ordered this product with the mind set that it going to take a while to receive it otherwise you will stress yourself unnecessarily. I was also skeptical of the positive reviews because I thought they were probably paid employees, but I promise mine is real (although you won't know that regardless =). I ordered my product May 8, received it May 31. Yes that is ridiculously long and I think the company should address that, but because I knew it would take that long going into it based on prev reviews, I wasn't that concerned. I am anxious to see how this product works. I ordered 2 bottles, so if I only take 2 pills per day, that will not even last a month (only 15 pills per bottle). But I don't want to order more without knowing it truly works. So today I weighed myself and took my first serving. I will see if I lose over the next week, and if so I will definitely order more although I will be out of my supply before the company receives it. =( That keeps me from giving them a 5 star review. I would really like to hear from people who have been taking the pills for at least 2 weeks to a month and your results. Thanks.

When I placed my order it was in high demand. I e-mail to find out when I could expect the merchandise and received a reply back the same day. I have received my order and it is in good condition and just what I wanted. I will definitely order from them again.

The pills I ordered were delayed getting here because they had such a high demand for the product. I was understanding of that as I did get them eventually without a problem.

Despite the fact that it took so long to receive my order, when I emailed them wondering how much longer before my order would ship I did receive an email back explaining the high volume of orders they had received for the same product.
