I ordered Pure Health Items 1 Pure Red Raspberry Ketones - 400 mg Capsules - 30 Count @ $12.49 = $12.49 2 Pure Green Coffee Bean - 400 mg Capsules - 30 Count @ $12.99 = $25.98 Sub-Total: $38.47 I paid for the order on April 26th and received a remark from Pure Health asking to be patient since they received many orders and I should expect my order within 14 days. As of today, I still have not received my order. I really wanted to be added to the mailing list, but if the orders are not going to be shipped, I think I will check with my local natural stores.

Previous order of product (red raspberry keytone) was fine. 2nd order was incorrect and rec'd wrong product. Would be helpful to customer to have return capabilities without having to pay to repackage and reship for errors.

It took over three weeks to receive the product ordered. I was told it was in stock when I ordered - yet it still took that length of time before it was shipped.

My first order was turned around immediately and I was very pleased. Because of this, I waited until right before I ran out of my supplements to order more and I still have not received them...and it has been a month! I received an apologetic email a couple weeks ago stating that they would be shipped by the end of the week, but I have still not received them. My patience is running out...

If they had where it would told that the product was out of stock that would be a lot better. Took a while to get my order but did. Glad I did.

It took a month for my order to be processed . They kept going back an forth taking the money out of my account and putting it in. if they did not have it in stock or knew it would take this long they should tell you an give you option to cancel or wait it out. But they did make up for it and sent me an extra bottle so I will not complain about that as much an have not tried then yet so just only deduct two..so three stars for me an I will see if I can find them in store so I do not have to wait this long if it is a problem again.

I could not track my order, nor did they tell me when or how it was being shipped. It took too long for delivery.

I ordered two different bottles on April 30. Here it is May 30 and I have heard nothing. When I placed the order, they said it would be two to three weeks. I have tried numerous times to call Pure Health and have been unable to get through. I would just like to know if I will still be getting my order or if Pure Health just took my money and ran?
