I ordered from you in early May and have yet to receive the product nor have you answered my email inquiry. We're used to taking delivery of Internet orders MUCH sooner than that. With this type of service we'll have to find a more responsive company.

I placed an order for a product that was listed as being in stock on 5/9. The funds were deducted from my account via Paypal on 5/10. On 5/16 there was still no tracking number listed for my items, so I contacted them to inquire when my "in stock" item was going to be shipped. I received a response the same day stating that they were overwhelmed with orders due to the product being featured on the Dr. Oz show, and that I could expect my order to be delivered between 5/30 and 6/6. I appreciate the prompt response to my question, but I should not have had to ask in the first place. It is totally understandable for companies to run low on stock, and have to back order products, but to not contact customers and let them know that their orders will be delayed, especially when they have already deducted funds is unacceptable and very poor business practices. Once I have receipt of this order I will not be a customer of theirs any longer and can not in good faith recommend them to anyone else.

Placed order on 5/9/2012. Sent email to [email protected] on 5/20/2012 inquiring as to the status of my order. Received no response from Pure Health. I did an online inquiry today and it says my order shipped on 5/27/2012 which is a Sunday. The website says they ship USPS or UPS neither of which ship on Sunday. It is now 5/30/2012 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Still no response to my email inquiry. I will no longer do business with this company which is too bad since it seemed like their products would be great and I probably would have been a long time customer.

I have been waiting for my green coffee extract. I was told on two occassions that it would be shipped soon. I still have not received it yet the money has come out of my account already. Once I receive the product and try it I would be happy to leave another review.

I was excited to learn of this product so that I could jump start my weight loss...it's been far too long carrying the "baby weight." My "baby" will be 7 in July! Would love to know when my order is going to arrive. I place the order over 3 weeks ago.

Your asking me to rate you meanwhile it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received what I ordered . Not happy

I placed my order May 8th and am still waiting. I've not heard anything from the company and only know that they're backlogged on this product by reading the reviews from others. It would've been nice to receive something letting me know this order may take awhile. Since I paid with Paypal, my money came out right away. So, after 2 weeks of waiting, I went and ordered the same stuff from another provider and received the pills within 4 days of placing my order. Maybe when I'm done with this bottle, the 2 bottles I ordered from Pure Health will finally show up.

i know u were overwhelmed with the orders from doctor oz but that is not the buys problem....i would atleast like to know when and if i will ever get the order...it has been a month.
