Took 2 orders sent one 3 weeks later and not the other. Charged my card for the large order of 10 bottles . Never answer phone or emails. Don't know if I'll everr get my $130 back for nothing. I'm out of country so it is too late for them to send now.

when I ordered the site never said they were out of the product. I kept checking to see when it was shipped 2 weeks later said it was shipped but now 5 weeks later I have yet to recieve it. They were sure to take my money right away but when you call the number it's out of service??? no return to emails sent to the listed email addy either?? I am not happy at all..

Made an order, two weeks later, nothing delivered! I could not get ahold of any customer service. They suck! Do not order from them!

This was the worst website I have ever ordered from! I got no conformation email, no tracking notice, no shipment notice, no answered phone calls or emails. I called my credit card co and filled a dispute before I actually got my order. It took forever to arrive in the mail in a cheap little plastic bag with no packing slip. By the time I got my order the prices on the products were half at the stores. I would never, ever order from this company again.

I'll never use this company again. They STILL have not responded to repeated attempts to communicate. I STILL have an open case about them in Paypal. The only way they can make this right is to RESPOND by canceling my order and refunding the money they took. Bad, bad company. Don't let them cheat you, too!

No e-mails sent went product is shipped. E-mails from me asking status of shipments never answered Will never order from this company again.

Do not order from them they give excuse after excuse that they sent order and then it never comes, you call they say oh Dr. Oz put us behind, your order will be sent out, then for several weeks their phone went right into answering machine, they take over a week to respond to emails, using the same excuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have spent so much time of my own just trying to find out about my order, and now I have to spend more calling my credit card to do a charge back.

Ordered 5/3/12, it's 6/7/12 and still have not received my order. I'm also finding it hard to contact Pure Health to find out the status!!!! Not sure if I would ever recommened Pure Health.
