They took a month to get my order to me and they finally sent a email out about a week before i got the product to let me know they were behind. Maybe a little more communication to let the customer know the product is still coming. overall I 'm happy with the pills and their pricing beat all everyone and i didnt have to pay shipping

I just got my products yesterday. time will tell if they are as good as advertised

I love the product of green coffee beans, but after you let us know that you received our order you need to let us know when it ships like other companies do. I ordered on May 13th and didn't get till June 2. I was never informed that it had shipped. Just change that and you will get 5 stars.

The ordering process was so easy! The items I ordered were in high demand so it took longer than I expected and couldn't find an estimated shipping or arrival date on my order. So I emailed and they were very responsive and apologetic about the delay and also gave me an estimated arrival date. The items arrived on time in perfect condition with a wealth of information about each product. I would give them five stars but I would have liked an estimated arrival date at the time of my order so only four at this time.

The products took a lot longer to arrive than I antipated.

They have a good variety of products at decent prices; but, I have to say on the 100% pure blackberry capsules, they are very slow in getting them mailed out. I think they could turn around the time ordered and shipped. That needs some improvement; however, that will not deter me from ordering from them again. I would just suggest better ship time. Thank you.

product is good but delivery time was very slow, they said they would let me know when it was shipped but didn't. but all in all I have returned. They said it's slow because of Dr. Oz
